We’ll express post your surprise reveal envelope a week before your surprise escape. The hardest part? Not peeking early!

Absolutely! We’re fully-fledged Australian travel professionals (specialising in Australia and the South Pacific) and members of the Australian Travel Industy Association (ATIA). While we love surprises, we take your trust – and your holiday – very seriously.

We want you to absolutely love your surprise and don’t send you just anywhere. Through our pre-trip survey, we carefully match destinations to your interests, must-haves, and absolute no-gos. Our experienced team considers everything from your ideal pace of travel to your accommodation style before selecting your destination. Plus, we only work with destinations and accommodations that meet our quality standards.

Unlike an electricity supplier in the middle of a scorching Australian heatwave, we’ve got backup plans. Surprise Escapes can help you sort things out if something goes wrong, from lost luggage to last-minute changes. We recommend our travel insurance add-on for peace of mind.

For the best availability and deals, we recommend booking at least four to six weeks ahead.
